c. Poor Quality: If the item exhibits poor quality in terms of the stone, metal, or workmanship, Customer needs to contact us we will review it provide customer with shipping label so customer can return the item to us and we will fix the issue or make the item again no refund.
d. Item Does Not Match Picture: If the received item does not match the picture that was listed on our website, Customer needs to contact us we will review it provide customer with shipping label so customer can return the item to us and we will fix the the issue or make the item again no refund.
