We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA. For orders to UK, Canada and EU, shipping will be $65.
We can only ship to the address specified by PayPal. If you need the item shipped to a different address, please update the address in your profile. We ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items may take up to 6 weeks to ship.
For domestic shipments, we always ship UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air.
For international shipments, we ship UPS or FedEx standard unless the customer pays for an expedited option. We’re not responsible for VAT, duties or any other taxes the customer can incur upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot mark the customs tag as a “GIFT” or value the contents at less than the sale price.
We require a signature for all shipments and will provide tracking.
Eligibility: Our 30-day, 100% refund policy applies to all in-stock items, provided that the item being returned is in its original condition and has not been customized, sized, modified, or damaged.
Return Shipping: For customers within the United States, we will cover the return shipping fee for all eligible in-stock items that meet the return criteria.
Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items or custom or personalized orders, except under the following conditions:
a. Mistake on Metal or Stone: If we made an error regarding the type of metal or stone that the piece was supposed to be made of, we will accept a return or exchange.
b. Mistake on Ring Size or Semi Mount: If we made a mistake regarding the ring size or the design of the semi mount, and it does not accommodate the customer’s stone, provided that the correct measurements or stone selection were communicated by the customer through a private note or drop-down options during the ordering process, we will accept a return or exchange.
c. Poor Quality: If the item exhibits poor quality in terms of the stone, metal, or workmanship, we will accept a return or exchange.
d. Item Does Not Match Picture: If the received item does not match the picture that was listed on our website, we will accept a return or exchange.
Return Process: If your item meets the eligibility criteria for return or exchange, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to initiate the process. They will provide you with further instructions and any necessary forms to complete the return or exchange.

No, we only work with the highest quality genuine stones for the accent pieces in our rings.
Absolutely! Finding the perfect stone can take time. We are happy to add a cubic zirconia as a place filler until you find the perfect stone free of charge.
Depending on which design you chose, it will take between 2-6 weeks. Nima will let you know the estimated delivery time once you have selected your ring.
Unfortunately, we are not able to do this. However, if you contact Nima we might be able to help you create a custom design similar to the ring you have.
